ORDER OF CENTRAL BANK OF THE RUSSIAN FEDERATION

About approval of the list of issuers, registration of releases of issued securities, securities prospectuses and reports on which results of release of issued securities, and also control in the sphere of the corporate relations and disclosures of information behind which are performed by Department of the corporate relations

According to subitem 11.2.1.1 of Item 11.2.1 of the Provision of the Bank of Russia of 11.08.2014 No. 428-P "About standards of issue of securities, procedure for state registration of release (additional release) of issued securities, state registration of reports on release results (additional release) of issued securities and registration of securities prospectuses", and also for the purpose of control in the sphere of the corporate relations and disclosures of information by issuers of issued securities I order:

1. Approve the list of issuers, registration of releases of issued securities, securities prospectuses and reports on which results of release of issued securities, and also control in the sphere of the corporate relations and disclosures of information behind which they are performed by Department of the corporate relations, according to appendix to this order (further - the List of issuers).

2. Determine that the Department of the corporate relations exercises control in the sphere of the corporate relations and disclosures of information concerning the issuers included in the List of issuers.

3. Determine that operation of this order does not extend to documents for state registration of releases (additional releases) of issued securities, registration of securities prospectuses, state registration of changes in decisions on release (additional release) and (or) in securities prospectuses, state registration of reports on release results (additional release) of securities of issuers, the documents submitted for control in the sphere of the corporate relations and disclosures of information which are directed to the Bank of Russia until the publication of this order.

4. Repeal the order of the Bank of Russia of 21.05.2018 No. OD-1279 "About approval of the list of issuers, registration of releases of issued securities, securities prospectuses and reports on which results of release of issued securities, and also control in the sphere of the corporate relations and disclosures of information behind which are performed by Department of the corporate relations".

5. To department for public relations (Ryklin M. V.) to publish this order in "the Bulletin of the Bank of Russia", and also on the official site of the Bank of Russia on the Internet.
