About creation of non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakhstan institute of social development "Of Rouhani to zhangyr"

1. Create non-commercial joint-stock company "Kazakhstan institute of social development "Of Rouhani to zhangyr" (further - the NAO) with absolute participation of the state in its authorized capital.

2. Determine the main object of activity of the NAO ensuring development and strategy implementation of promotion of program Article of the First President of the Republic of Kazakhstan - Elbasa "Prospection: upgrade of public consciousness" (further - the program), analytical and methodical support of all structures participating in program implementation including monitoring and the analysis of social and political situation, studying of situation in the religious sphere, forecasting of processes in civil society, carrying out scientific research and implementation of methodical ensuring realization of the state youth and family policy.

3. To create the authorized capital of the NAO at the expense of means of the republican budget in the amount of 123 850 000 (hundred twenty three million eight hundred fifty thousand) tenges and for the transfer account of the state share in the authorized capital of limited liability partnership "Molodezh research center in the amount of 100 (hundred) percent.

4. To provide to committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) approval of the charter of the NAO;

2) election of person authorized on signing on behalf of the NAO of documents for state registration, implementation of financial and economic activities and representation of its interests before the third parties before formation of governing bodies;

3) state registration of the NAO in judicial authorities;

4) transfer to the Ministry of information and social development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of rights of possession and use of the state block of shares of the NAO;

5) acceptance of other measures following from this resolution.

5. Approve the enclosed changes and additions which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
