Being guided by part 1 of Article 85 and part 4 of article 89 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:
1. From August, 2015 to December 31, 2017 state bodies, the stipulated in Clause 2 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia", except for tax and customs authorities, and also inspection bodies created on the basis of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About inspection bodies" can be performed only:
1) in the public managerial institutions, the state non-profit organizations, municipal non-profit organizations, private companies with 100-protsenty state share and private companies with 100 percent municipal share;
2) in the cases provided by the Code of penal procedure of the Republic of Armenia;
3) based on the written application of business entities;
4) in case of the inspections which are carried out in connection with catering services of children in kindergartens and schools;
5) in cases of ensuring public safety, protection of the rights, life and health of persons, defense and safety of the state (with the corresponding reasons) - only from written consent of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia;
6) on check sheets of checks of the inspections approved by Appendix to this Resolution at the subjects included in the annual program of checks and which are in group of high risk.
2. For the purpose of receipt of written consent of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia established by the subitem 5 of Item 1 of this Resolution:
1) state bodies, the stipulated in Clause 2 Laws of the Republic of Armenia "About the organization and conducting checks in the Republic of Armenia", provide information proving need of check which, at least, shall include in government office of the Republic of Armenia:
and. origin of need of check and factors of the main risk;
. description of the current situation;
century the results expected as a result of check implementation;
2) in case of its provision or refusal in provision - information on the last and the proving need of check is posted on the website www.e-gov.am.
3. The checks performed as of August 1, 2015, except as specified, the stipulated in Item 1 this Resolution stop.
4. Recognize the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of May 29, 2009 as No. 594-A "About the organization and conducting checks" invalid.
