About liquidation of Ural Railway Hospital limited liability partnership
According to the subitem 4) of article 11 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 1, 2011 "About state-owned property" the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan DECIDES:
1. Liquidate Ural Railway Hospital limited liability partnership (further - partnership).
2. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan together with Committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan to take the measures following from Item 1 of this resolution.
3. To committee of state-owned property and privatization of the Ministry of Finance of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation to accept the remained property after liquidation of partnership in republican property.
4. Approve the enclosed changes which are made to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan.
5. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its signing.
