Assuming as a basis part 2 of article 146 of the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia and Item 2 of Appendix to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of June 8, 2018 No. 667-L, the Government of the Republic of Armenia decides:

1. Approve the Program of the state assistance to construction or reconstruction of small and medium "Smart" stock-rearing farms and to their technological support according to Appendix.

2. To the Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Armenia: in a month after entry into force of this Resolution to provide to the office of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia offers on modification and amendments in the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About the government budget of the Republic of Armenia for 2019" and to the Order of the Government of the Republic of Armenia of December 27, 2018 to No. 1515-H.

3. This Resolution becomes effective next day after its official publication.

One of key industries of economy of the Republic of Armenia is the agricultural industry providing about 15 percent of GDP of the country.
