1. Approve the Instruction for providing with legal statistical information according to appendix 1 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid some orders of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan according to appendix 2 to this order.

3. In the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "Institute of the legislation and legal information of the Republic of Kazakhstan" the Ministries of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the direction of this order to the interested subjects of legal statistics and special accounting for data, to territorial authorities of Committee for execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Instruction for providing with legal statistical information

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Instruction is developed according to subitems 3) and 5) of Item 2 of article 7 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 2003 "About the state legal statistics and special accounting" (further - the Law) for the purpose of providing state bodies with legal statistical information, directory servicing of physical persons and legal entities.

2. The basic concepts used by this Instruction:

2) information service - the automated information system "Information Service";

3) Administrator - Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;
