About modification and the amendments in some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan directed to stimulation of staff of law-enforcement bodies
For the purpose of further enhancement of system of material stimulation of staff of law-enforcement bodies of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Make changes and additions to some decisions of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix.
2. Abolish the funds of stimulation and encouragement of staff of Public service of traffic safety under the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, the Departments of Internal Affairs of areas, Main Department of Internal Affairs of the city of Tashkent created according to the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 6, 2018 No. 514 "About measures for further enhancement of system of material stimulation of staff of Public service of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan".
Create Fund of stimulation and encouragement of staff of Public service of traffic safety of Head department of traffic safety of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan without formation of legal entity.
3. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan together with the interested ministries and departments to bring the regulatory legal acts adopted by them into accord with this resolution in a month.
4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan P. R. Bobozhonov.
