1. Make changes to the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 16, 2006 No. PP-350 "About measures for the organization of activities of Fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan" according to appendix.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the chairman of the board of the Central bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan M. B. Nurmuratov.

The changes made to the Resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of May 16, 2006 No. PP-350 "About measures for the organization of activities of Fund of reconstruction and development of the Republic of Uzbekistan"

1. In item 4:

a) in paragraph three of the word of "authorized banks" shall be replaced with words "commercial banks";

b) the fifth to state the paragraph in the following edition:

"converting of the means in national currency arriving into accounts of Fund is performed at the current rate established at trading sessions of the Uzbek republican currency exchange on receipt date of funds with their subsequent transfer into the currency account of Fund".

2. In appendix No. 2:

a) in the paragraph the second Item 6 of the word of "authorized banks" shall be replaced with words "commercial banks";

b) to state paragraph two of Item 20 in the following edition:

"Central Bank of the Republic of Uzbekistan performs converting of the means in national currency arriving into accounts of Fund in foreign currency at the current rate established at trading sessions of the Uzbek republican currency exchange on receipt date of funds with their subsequent transfer into the currency account of Fund".
