1. Approve Regulations on procedure for provision by banks of information on opening/closing of accounts of the physical persons entered in the Unified register of debtors, in bodies of the public executive service or private contractors which are applied.
2. Banks send notifications on opening/closing of accounts of the physical persons entered in the Unified register of debtors, in bodies of the public executive service or private contractors in paper form before receipt of the message of the National Bank of Ukraine on the beginning of work of electronic service of information exchange which is entered by the administrator of the automated system of enforcement proceeding determined by the Regulations on the automated system of enforcement proceeding approved by the order of the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine of August 05, 2016 for No. 2432/5, No. 1126/29256 registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 12, 2016.
3. To department of payment systems and innovative development (Alexander Yablunivsky):
1) after official publication to inform banks information on adoption of this resolution;
