About introduction of amendments to the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of children without parental support"

Accepted by National Assembly of the Republic of Armenia on April 26, 2004

Article 1. In article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About social protection of children without parental support" (of September 24, 2002, ZR-411) to make the following changes:

1) from the second paragraph of part of 1 word" to learn" to exclude in average special and higher educational institutions;

Part 2 to state 2) in the following edition:

"2. To children without parental support, not having living space, the living space is given out of turn by state body, authorized by the Government of the Republic of Armenia.".

Article 2. This Law becomes effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
