About measures for implementation of institute of Authorized Economic Operator
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 24, 2018 No. UP-5582 "About Additional Measures for Enhancement of Customs Administration and Increase in Efficiency of Activities of Bodies of the State Customs Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan", and also for the purpose of further simplification of customs procedures and safety of international trade according to the international standards Cabinet of Ministers decides:
1. Take into consideration that No. UP-5582 "About Additional Measures for Enhancement of Customs Administration and Increase in Efficiency of Activities of Bodies of the State Customs Service of the Republic of Uzbekistan" since February 1, 2019 in the Republic of Uzbekistan is entered by the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of November 24, 2018 the institute of Authorized Economic Operators providing provision of the right to the fair participants of foreign economic activity meeting the requirements determined by the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan of use of the simplified customs procedures.
2. Approve Regulations on Authorized Economic Operators according to appendix.
3. To the State Customs Committee of the Republic of Uzbekistan:
till June 1, 2019 for the purpose of the accelerated development of institute of Authorized Economic Operators according to the procedure of experiment to perform selection of the legal entities corresponding to criteria for inclusion in the Register of Authorized Economic Operators;
provide within the experiment inclusion of the selected legal entities in the Register of Authorized Economic Operators from their consent, with explanation of the granted rights to use by the simplified customs procedures when making customs transactions;
