Determine that participation of the insurer according to the insurance contract in compensation of the damage caused to the apartment house, the apartment, other type of the premises determined by the Housing code of the Russian Federation (further - premises), in case of loss (death) as a result of emergency situation of the premises insured within the program of the organization of compensation of damage, caused to the premises of citizens located in the territory of the subject of the Russian Federation with use of the mechanism of voluntary insurance, article 11.1 of the Federal law "About Protection of the Population and the Territories against Emergency Situations of Natural and Technogenic Nature" approved according to Item 1 (further - the program), is determined in extreme values of insurance sum from 300 thousand rubles to 500 thousand rubles (further - the minimum amount of obligations of the insurer by risk of loss (death) of premises as a result of emergency situation).
