About measures for the organization of activities of the Center of studying of problems of development of transport and logistics under the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan

1. Take into consideration that according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of February 1, 2019 No. UP-5647 "About Measures for Radical Enhancement of System of Public Administration in the field of Transport" is created the Center of studying of problems of development of transport and logistics under the Ministry of transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Center).
2. Determine the main objectives of the Center:
studying of problems of development of system of transport and logistics, use of transport capacity of the republic, development of offers on elimination of problems;
preparation of offers on development of the international transport corridors, optimization of passenger and cargo flows, development of the international and regional transit;
preparation of offers on increase in safety in the field of transport and road economy, to implementation of innovative technologies and intelligent transportation systems;
research of problems and preparation of offers on decrease in harmful effects on the environment, to resource-saving and improvement of ecology on transport;
interaction on system basis with research establishments, bodies of the public and economic board, and also other organizations for studying of problems of development of transport and logistics.
