Questions of electric utility service of the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state in the field of telecommunications and communication

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. Enter to the Procedure for ensuring delivery of electrical energy to the protected consumers, No. 1209 approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 27, 2018 (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 12, the Art. 402), changes which are applied.

2. Electric utility service of the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state in the field of telecommunications and communication to which are applied before entry into force of this resolution of action for restriction and/or shutdown of electric utility service is subject to recovery within three days from the date of entry into force of this resolution.

Changes which are made to the Procedure for ensuring delivery of electrical energy to the protected consumers

1. Add Item 1 with the paragraph of the following content:

"Restrictions, shutdowns of electric utility service are not applied to the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state in the field of telecommunications and communication.".

2. The paragraph one of Item 12 after the word to "consumer" to add with words "(except the objects of state-owned property having strategic importance for economy and safety of the state in the field of telecommunications and communication)".
