For the purpose of streamlining and improvement of conditions of collective trip of citizens to hajj I will also die the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the Instruction about procedure for collective trip of citizens to hajj and I will die it (is applied).

2. The organization, carrying out and regulation of collective trip of citizens to hajj I will also die to assign to Committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

To committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan:

- to annually send working group to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia for the conclusion of the agreement on the organization and holding hajj;

- determine the number of pilgrims it is pro rata to population of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and areas within the established quota determined by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and to inform chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and areas of republican subordination.

3. To committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan together with the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan and Committee on television and broadcasting under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan to organize through mass media explanatory work about conditions and procedure for making of hajj.

4. To provide to the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on representation of the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan timely preparation of the documents necessary for organized holding hajj, to render assistance to trip of working groups to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia.

5. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan and to the State unitary air enterprise "Tajik of Eyre" and other domestic airlines to provide to committee on cases of religion trip of pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia. Terms and conditions of trip of pilgrims are determined by the Ministry of Culture of the Republic of Tajikistan.

6. To the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Tajikistan on representation Committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan instantly to perform execution of exit documents of pilgrims as collective foreign trips.

7. All expenses on the organization and holding hajj from the citizens wishing to make hajj are performed at their expense, and paid through Committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

1. This Instruction determines conditions of collective forms of trip of citizens of the Republic of Tajikistan and the foreign citizens living in the Republic of Tajikistan in hajj and I will die, establishes responsibility Committee on cases of religion under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan as authority of the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - Committee) in the organization and carrying out collective forms of hajj and umra.

2. The citizens wishing to make hajj according to the quota established for the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, the cities and areas of the republic within year and no later than one month prior to the hajj submit necessary documents for making of hajj, according to the approved list. - signs agreements on the organization of trip of pilgrims to the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia and their servicing at the airports of the Republic of Tajikistan with the State unitary airline "Tajik of Eyre" and other domestic airlines, and in necessary cases - on attraction of air transport from abroad;

- organizes and provides activities of working groups for the fulfillment of requirements and procedure determined by the Agreement with the Ministry of hajj of the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia, religious management of pilgrims for accomplishment of ceremonies of hajj.

7. Services of the Ministry of the organization and carrying out collective forms of hajj, expenses on management of groups of pilgrims, rendering by it primary medical care, are paid by the citizens making hajj on contractual basis.
