About the National program of social development of youth in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2019-2021

According to article 8 of the Law of the Republic of Tajikistan "About youth and the state youth policy" and for the purpose of increase in efficiency of the state youth policy, and also creation of social and economic, legal and organizational conditions for social development of youth of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan decides:

1. Approve the National program of social development of youth in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2019-2021 and funding plan of its actions (appendices 1 and 2).

2. Determine Committee on cases of youth and sport under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan the coordinator of the National program of social development of youth in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2019-2021, at the same time together with the relevant ministries and departments to take necessary measures for implementation of this program within the provided financial resources.

3. To chairmen of the Gorno-Badakhshan Autonomous Region, areas, the city of Dushanbe, cities and areas to develop on the basis of this program local programs of social development of youth within the actual opportunities of the local budget and according to established procedure to provide their accomplishment.

4. Under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan annually until the end of December to provide to committee on cases of youth and sport information on results of program implementation in the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan.

The national program of social development of youth in the Republic of Tajikistan for 2019-2021

For this period considering special attention of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Leader of the nation, dear Emomalii Rahmon the state youth policy was established as the priority sphere in development of social policy of the state and for the solution of the vital questions, self-forming and self-realization of the younger generation in the conditions of modern society certain quantity of regulatory legal acts, including the laws of the Republic of Tajikistan "About youth and the state youth policy", "About volunteer activities", the National concept of youth policy in the Republic of Tajikistan, the Strategy of the state youth policy in the Republic of Tajikistan till 2020, the National program of youth of Tajikistan, in five stages (1999-2012), the State program of patriotic education of youth in the Republic of Tajikistan, in two stages are accepted and realized (2006-2013), The development program of health of youth in the Republic of Tajikistan, in two stages (2006-2013), the National program of social development of youth in the Republic of Tajikistan, in two stages (since 2013).

5. On the basis of these regulatory legal acts many measures are undertaken, among youth various events of ideological, educational and educational, information and moral nature at the republican, regional, regional and local levels are regularly held.
