Chapter 1. General provisions

1. In this Provision the following terms are used:

qualification examination - check form at the applicant of professional knowledge in the field of estimative activities;

the certificate on passing of special training - the document confirming the fact of passing of special training in the centers for training of appraisers for the program approved by authorized body taking into account offers of the estimative organizations and professional associations of appraisers;
