1. Reorganize Coordination council on development of children's tourism in the Russian Federation and Coordination council on development of internal and entrance tourism in the Russian Federation, having formed on their basis Coordination council on tourism development in the Russian Federation.

Regulations on Coordination council on tourism development in the Russian Federation

1. The coordination council on tourism development in the Russian Federation (further - Council) is formed for ensuring coordinated actions of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, the public, scientific and other organizations aimed at tourism development in the Russian Federation.

2. Council in the activities is guided by the Constitution of the Russian Federation, the Federal constitutional Laws, the Federal Laws, decrees and orders of the President of the Russian Federation, resolutions and orders of the Government of the Russian Federation, and also this Provision.

3. The main objectives of Council are:

a) the organization of interaction of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, public, scientific and other organizations for tourism development in the Russian Federation;

b) development of the main directions of enhancement of normative legal regulation of questions of tourism development in the Russian Federation;

c) ensuring coordinated actions of federal executive bodies and executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation in case of development and program implementation and the actions aimed at tourism development in the Russian Federation;

d) preparation of offers and recommendations about creation of the conditions providing tourism development in the Russian Federation.

4. Council for the purpose of realization of the tasks assigned to it performs the following main functions:

a) considers offers of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, public, scientific and other organizations on questions:

forming and realization of state policy in the sphere of tourism in the Russian Federation;

enhancement of normative legal regulation in the sphere of tourism in the Russian Federation;

b) determines priority activities by tourism development in the Russian Federation;

c) prepares offers on development of federal target programs, actions, and also programs of the subjects of the Russian Federation concerning questions of tourism development in the Russian Federation;

d) promotes distribution of positive experience of subjects of the Russian Federation in the sphere of tourism in the Russian Federation;

e) performs interaction with mass media concerning tourism development in the Russian Federation.

5. Council on the questions carried to its competence has the right:

a) hear at the meetings representatives of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, and also the public, scientific and educational organizations, mass media and to make relevant decisions;

b) request from federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation required materials and information;

c) involve Council of representatives of the federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, the public, scientific and educational organizations, scientists and specialists who are not part of Council;

d) represent offers on the questions carried to competence of Council to the Government of the Russian Federation;

e) create the working groups of number of members of council, and also from among the involved representatives of federal executive bodies, executive bodies of subjects of the Russian Federation, local government bodies, and also the public, scientific and educational organizations, scientists and specialists;

e) consider the initiatives of citizens of the Russian Federation directed to the solution of the tasks specified in Item 3 this provision.
