About entering of amendments into the Law of the Republic of Armenia "About local self-government"

Article 1. ZR-337 "About local self-government" (further - the Law) to add part 1 of article 18 of the Law of the Republic of Armenia of May 7, 2002 with Item 40.1 of the following content:

"40. 1) establishes hours of ensuring silence or night rest in the objects performing activities in the field of trade and services in places of their stay, persons performing activities in the field of trade and services (from 22:00 to 7.00, from 23:00 till 7:00 and from 24:00 to 7.00);".

Article 2. To add part 1 of Article 18 with Item 41.2 of the following content:

"41. 2) makes the decision on requirements imposed to localization (range) of objects of the service which is subject to restriction;".

Article 3. To add part 1 of article 45 of the Law with Item 11 of the following content:

"11) grants permission for activities of objects of the service which is subject to restriction.".

Article 4. Final part

1. This Law becomes effective in year after its official publication.

2. Items 40.1 and 41.2 of part of 1 Article 18, supplemented by articles 1 and 2 of this Law, become effective for the tenth day after its official publication.
