Make the following changes to the Law of the Azerbaijan Republic "About counteraction of legalization of the money received in the criminal way or other property and to terrorism financing" (Collection of the legislation of the Azerbaijan Republic, 2009, No. 2, Article 58; 2010, No. 3, Article 178, No. 4, Article 276; 2011, No. 12, Article 1104; 2013, No. 11, Article 1274; 2014, No. 2, Article 81, No. 10, Article 1159, No. 11, Article 1361; 2015, No. 11, Article 1294; 2016, No. 3, Article 413; 2017, No. 5, Articles 696, 711, No. 7, Article 1295; 2017, No. 11, Article 1959; 2018, No. 7 (I book), Article 1407; The Law of the Azerbaijan Republic of October 12, 2018 No. 1273-VQD):
1. Add with Article 6.7 of the following content:
"6.7. Supervision bodies for the purposes, the stipulated in Article 6.6 presents of the Law, use the statistical data provided by body (organization) established by relevant organ of the executive authority.".
2. In Article 17.2 after the words "body of financial monitoring" to add with the words "participates in forming of state policy in the field of fight against legalization of the money or other property received criminal in the way and terrorism financing".
3. Add with Article 18.3 of the following content:
"18.3. The body of financial monitoring for the purpose of establishment of policy in the field of fight against legalization of the money or other property received criminal in the way and financing of terrorism and risks assessment, including control of observance of requirements of this Law, uses the statistical data provided according to article 18.1 of this Law.".
