According to the subitem 2) Item 3 of article 16 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of March 19, 2010 "About the state statistics", with article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 22, 1998 "About National Archive Fund and archives" and the subitem 43) parts one of Item 16 of the Regulations on the Ministry of Culture and the sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 23, 2014 No. 1003 "Questions of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan", PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve the following forms intended for collection of administrative data of centralized state accounting of documents of National Archive Fund:

1) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Passport of Archive" ___________________ on "___" to __________ 20 __ years" according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Card of Fund" according to appendix 2 to this order;

3) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Data on Changes in Structure and Amount of Funds for January 1 20 __ Years" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "Accounting Data according to the Share Catalogue for January 1 20 __ Years" according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) the form intended for collection of the administrative data "The Summary Passport of Sources of Completing of the Public Records Offices of the Republic of Kazakhstan for December 1 20 __ Years" according to appendix 5 to this order.

2. To provide to department of archiving and documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction its in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within two working days after enforcement of this order placement it on the Internet - resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within two working days after execution of the actions provided by this Item, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
