About the organization of activities of the Agency of medico-social services under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan
In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of December 7, 2018 and for the purpose of providing the effective organization of activities of the Agency of medico-social services under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan the Cabinet of Ministers decides No. UP-5590 "About Complex Measures for Radical Enhancement of Health Care System of the Republic of Uzbekistan":
1. Approve:
organizational structure of the Agency of medico-social services under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;
structure of central office of the Agency of medico-social services under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 2;
structure of departments of medico-social services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and Tashkent according to appendix No. 3;
structure of sectors of medico-social services of areas (cities) according to appendix No. 4;
Regulations on the Agency of medico-social services under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 5.
Establish the extreme number of managerial personnel of central office of the Agency of medico-social services under the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Agency) in number of 25 units, departments of medico-social services of the Republic of Karakalpakstan, areas and Tashkent (further - territorial departments) - 70 units.
Grant to the Minister of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan the right to bring in need of change in structure of central office of the Agency and its territorial departments within the established total number of managerial personnel and the salary fund.
