About approval of procedures of access to measures for employment of the population

(Extraction)

Based on the Law No. 105/2018 on assistance of employment of the population and insurance on unemployment (The official monitor of the Republic of Moldova, 2018, Art. No. 295-308, 448) DECIDES: the Government

1. Approve:

1) the Procedure of registration with the status of the unemployed and removal from accounting of the unemployed, according to appendix No. 1;

2) the Procedure of professional training of the unemployed by means of rates of preparation, retraining, advanced training and specialization, according to appendix No. 2;

3) the Procedure of in-plant training within the company, according to appendix No. 3;

4) the Procedure of holding professional training, according to appendix No. 4;

4-1) The procedure of certification of knowledge and competences acquired within informal and informalny education according to appendix No. 4-1;

5) the Procedure of subsidizing of workplaces, according to appendix No. 5;

6) the Procedure of provision of subsidies for creation or adaptation of workplaces for persons with limited opportunities, according to appendix No. 6;

7) the Procedure of employment rehabilitation of persons with limited opportunities, according to appendix No. 7;

8) The procedure of provision of consultations, assistance and support in initiation of own business, according to appendix No. 8;

9) the Procedure of support of projects of local initiatives, according to appendix No. 9;

10) the Procedure of stimulation of labor force mobility, according to appendix No. 10.

11) the Procedure of consideration of the applications about establishment of the right to payment for unemployment, according to appendix No. 11.

2. To the Ministry of Health, work and social protection to provide development and approval of the departmental regulations necessary for application of Item 1 in 2-month time.

3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the Ministry of Health, work and social protection.
