About some questions of carrying out currency transactions

1. Determine that:

1.1. the organizations and the individual entrepreneurs performing transport and (or) forwarding activities and being residents of the Republic of Belarus, having the right to accept cash foreign currency from nonresidents as payment for the exported transport and (or) forwarding services in the amount which is not exceeding 1000 basic sizes under each agreement and (or) the request, the order order, other document;

1.2. the individual entrepreneurs registered in the Republic of Belarus have the right:

use cash foreign currency for calculations outside the Republic of Belarus for the transactions providing commodity import in the amount which is not exceeding 100 basic sizes according to each document confirming goods receipt on the territory of the Republic of Belarus;

buy cash foreign currency in bank, exchange point, cash desk, the terminal of automatic currency exchange according to the procedure established for implementation of currency exchange transactions with participation of physical persons for the purposes specified in the paragraph the second this subitem.

2. This resolution becomes effective after its official publication and extends the action to the relations which arose since March 1, 2019.
