4) the direction of data in Legal department of the Ministry of Defence of the Republic of Kazakhstan on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item within ten calendar days from the date of state registration.

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. These rules of development, coordination, approval, registration, accounting, change, review, cancellation and enforcement of the military national standards used for needs of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Rules) determine procedure for development, coordination, approval, registration, accounting, change, review, cancellation and enforcement of military national standards for the benefit of Armed Forces, other troops and military forming of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

2. In these rules the following concepts are used:

4) object of military standardization - products, processes and the services of military and dual purpose (application) which are subject or which underwent to standardization including materials, raw materials, special processing equipment;

5) the military national standard - the document on standardization on products, processes and services which for the purpose of certain and special use establishes rules, the general principles and characteristics to objects of military and dual purpose (application), including containing the data carried to the state secrets and limited distribution;

6) the interstate military standard - the standard accepted by authorized interstate body or interstate standardization organization, establishing requirements to products of military and dual purpose (application), and also the processes and other objects of military standardization connected with such products;

7) the state customer - the state body of the Republic of Kazakhstan (department of state body) acquiring works and (or) services in the field of military standardization;
