The government DECIDES:

1. Approve Veterinary sanitary standard about conditions of ensuring health and certification of animal in case of trade (import and export) in sheep and goats it (is applied).

2. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the National agency on safety of foodstuff.

Chapter I. General provisions

1. 2. In sense of this Regulation the following concepts are used:

sheep or goats for slaughter - the animals of type of sheep or goat who are subject to transportation to the lethal company it is direct or through the authorized center of collection, for the purpose of slaughter;

sheep or goats for reproduction - the animals of type of sheep or goat who are subject to transportation to the destination it is direct, or through the authorized center of collection, for the purpose of reproduction and production;

sheep or goats for fattening - the animals of type of sheep or goat who are subject to transportation to the destination it is direct or through the authorized center of collection, for fattening and the subsequent slaughter;

the object for content of sheep or goats officially announced as not affected with brucellosis, - the object for content conforming to the requirements established by this Regulation concerning such object for content;

object for content of sheep and goats, free from brucellosis - the object for content conforming to the requirements established by this Regulation concerning such object for content;

the diseases which are subject to the obligatory announcement - one of the diseases specified in the Section I of appendix B;

origin object - any object for content at which sheep and goats were present constantly and in which the registers confirming finding of animals that can be checked by competent authority were filled in;

the authorized center of collection - the center of collection authorized based on part (1) article 18 of the Law No. 221-XVI of October 19, 2007 on veterinary and sanitary activities (which allowing document is included in the List of allowing documents of appendix No. 1 to the Law No. 160 of July 22, 2011 on regulation of business activity by permission), in which gather and contain under control of the official or authorized veterinarian of sheep and goat, coming from different objects for content, free from brucellosis, for parties creation of the animals intended for trade;
