About approval of the document forms which are drawn up (constituted) during the completing, storage, accounting and use of documents of National Archive Fund and other archive documents by the Public and special Public Records Offices

According to Rules of completing, storage, accounting and use of documents of National Archive Fund and other archive documents by the Public and special Public Records Offices approved by the order of the Government of the Republic of Kazakhstan of September 20, 2018 No. 576 of PRIKAZYVAYU:

1. Approve:

1) form of inventories of cases, documents of permanent storage according to appendix 1 to this order;

2) form of the inventory of cases on staff according to appendix 2 to this order

3) form of the act of selection to destruction of the documents which are not subject to storage according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) form of the delivery-acceptance certificate of documents for storage according to appendix 4 to this order;

5) acceptance report form on document storage of personal origin according to appendix 5 to this order;

6) form of the act of return of archive documents of personal origin according to appendix 6 to this order;

2. To provide to department of archiving and documentation of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction its in electronic form in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within two working days after its introduction in action placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within two working days after execution of the actions provided by this Item, submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Culture and sport of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister for Culture and Sports of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after its first official publication.
