Based on paragraphs of the sixth or ninth of article 9 of the Law of the Republic of Belarus of November 9, 2018 "About production and the address of organic products" the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus DECIDES: No. 144-Z
1. Establish lists:
means, substances or their combinations allowed for use in crop production in case of production of organic products according to appendix 1;
feed additives of mineral, microbiological origin, microelements, technology feed additives permitted for feeding of animals in case of production of organic products according to appendix 2;
2. This resolution becomes effective since November 18, 2019.

Appendix 1
to the Resolution of the Ministry of Agriculture and Food of the Republic of Belarus of March 15, 2019 No. 19
1. Fertilizers and soil-improving means (substances):
1.1. the covering manure received at producers of organic products;
1.2. the manure after composting received at producers of organic products, when entering into the soil in 120 days prior to harvesting, intended for the food purposes;
1.3. the dry manure and dry poultry manure received at producers of organic products;
1.4. the bespodstilochny manure, bespodstilochny dung after monitoring procedure of fermentation and (or) the corresponding dilution received at producers of organic products;
1.5. the composts on the basis of manure, dung received at producers of organic products;
1.6. the sorted, kompostirovanny or fermented house food wastes;
1.7. peat, except for peat with addition of synthetic additives;
1.8. compost and substrate of mushroom waste and vermiculite;
1.9. vermikompost, zoocompost;
1.10. guano;
1.11. compost from by-products of plant origin;
1.12. the processed live stock products from killing departments and the fish plants without content of chrome (VI), except for the fertilizers received in case of conversion of products of slaughterhouse, fresh blood, and also urea and sodium niter;
1.13. the seaweed and products received from them by means of:
physical processes, including dehydration, freezing and crushing;
water extractions or water solution of acid and (or) alkali solution;
fermentations;
1.14. the sawdust, bark, wood waste, kompostirovanny bark and wood ashes received from wood which after the cabin is not processed by chemicals;
1.15. natural phosphates with content of cadmium it is not higher than 60 mg/kg;
1.16. aluminum-calcium phosphate (except for chlorides and nitrates, the specified microelements) with content of cadmium is not higher than 60 mg/kg (except for of use as herbicide or defoliant);
1.17. phosphatic slag;
1.18. potassium salts (kainite, sylvinite and other) with chlorine content no more than 60%;
1.19. potassium sulfate, also the other, received as a result of physical processes with the subsequent enrichment in the chemical way for the purpose of improvement solubilities patenkat;
1.20. grain stillage and extract of grain stillage (except for ammoniac);
1.21. calcium carbonate of natural origin (chalk, marl, limestone, fosfatosoderzhashchy chalk);
1.22. magnesian breeds of natural (natural) origin;
1.23. limy and magnesium breeds of natural (natural) origin;
1.24. epsolit (magnesium sulfate);
1.25. calcium chloride solution for processing of leaves in case of the proved deficit of calcium;
1.26. natural gypsum (calcium sulfate) only from natural sources;
1.27. sugar production by-products;
1.28. sulfur;
1.29. microelements, except for chlorides and nitrates, and also use as defoliants or herbicides;
1.30. sodium chloride (sylvinite);
1.31. stone powder (the crushed basalt) with content of cadmium is not higher than 60 mg/kg;
1.32. alumina (for example, bentonite, perlite, zeolite) with content of cadmium is not higher than 60 mg/kg;
1.33. the remaining balance of crops and green manures received at producers of organic products;
1.34. the straw and other mulch received at producers of organic products;
1.35. the by-products of the food and textile industry which are not processed by technology supportive applications;
1.36. vermiculite;
1.37. humic acids of natural (natural) origin (only water and alkaline extracts);
1.38. chloride of lime;
1.39. by-products of conversion of oil palm, the coco and cocoa which are not processed by pesticides;
1.40. the by-products received in case of conversion of organic products.
2. Means, substances or their combinations used for pest control and diseases of plants:
2.1. spinosad (mix of the toxins produced by Saccharopolyspora spinosa bacterium) in case of taking measures to risk minimization for the main parasitoids and risk of development of resistance (stability);
2.2. diammonium phosphate in the form of bait only in traps;
2.3. pheromones in the form of bait only in traps and sprayers;
2.4. the medicines on the basis of metaldehyde containing repellents, for scaring away of more high-organized animals, and also used in traps;
2.5. pyrethroids (only deltametrin or lambda-tsigalotrin) only in traps with special baits;
2.6. copper in the form of hydroxide, oxychloride (three-main), sulfate, protoxide, the Bordeaux and Burgundian liquid on condition of use of the medicines which are not giving to accumulating of copper in the soil above the established level, and annual control of the soil on copper content;
2.7. ethylene is used for after-drying of bananas, kiwi and kaki, citrus fruit (only as method of fight against wine fly), and also for the purpose of delay of germination of potatoes and onions;
2.8. salts of fatty acids of potassium (liquid soap) as insecticide;
2.9. sulphurous lime (pentasulphide) as fungicide, insecticide, acaricide;
2.10. quartz sand as repellent;
2.11. ferrous phosphate as molluscicide;
2.12. hydrated lime is used so that to minimize accumulating of copper in the soil;
2.13. hydropotassium carbonate as fungicide.
3. Means, substances or their combinations used for pest control and diseases of plants in case of direct threat to harvest:
3.1. azadirakhtin, received from Aradiachta indica;
3.2. beeswax;
3.3. gelatin as insecticide;
3.4. lecithin;
