2. When implementing departmental control observance by the customer of requirements of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" (further - the Federal Law) and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted according to it is performed, including:

the requirements provided by parts 2.2 and 2.6 of article 2 of the Federal Law in case of approval by body of departmental control of standard regulations on purchase, the stipulated in Article 2 Federal Laws;

regulations on purchase when implementing purchases.

3. The organization of departmental control is assigned to the main control and auditing inspection of administration of FSIN of Russia (further - the subject of control of FSIN of Russia). Departmental control is exercised by the commission created of the number of persons employed of FSIN of Russia and organizations which are directly subordinated to FSIN of Russia (further - the commission), by conducting exit and (or) documentary check (further - check).

The structure of the commission authorized on check implementation is created of number of officials of the subject of control of FSIN of Russia and is reflected in the instruction issued to the official responsible for check implementation. 4. Inclusion in structure of the commission of officials of the customer concerning which it is performed is not allowed.

Conducting checks is performed according to the plan of implementation of FSIN of Russia of checks behind observance of requirements of the Federal Law of July 18, 2011 No. 223-FZ "About purchases of goods, works, services as separate types of legal entities" and other regulatory legal acts of the Russian Federation adopted according to it in the federal state unitary enterprises which are under authority of FSIN of Russia for year (further - the Plan of checks). Scheduled inspections are carried out not more often than once a year concerning one customer. The checked period is determined by the head of the subject of control of FSIN of Russia.

6.
