About provision of the one-time help to receivers of pensions and the public social benefits

This organic law is adopted based on article 106-1 of the Constitution by acceptance on itself the Government of responsibility to Parliament,

Art. 1. - It is provided to receivers of all types of the pensions granted till April 1, 2019 whose monthly size does not exceed 2000 lei one-time to maintenance and supervision, appointed to the introduction in the help in the amount of 600 lei.

Art. 2. - To receivers of all types of the public social benefits, except for attendance allowances, to maintenance and supervision, appointed before entry into force of this law according to the Law on the public social benefits to some categories of citizens No. 499/1999, the one-time help in the amount of 600 lei is provided.

Art. 3. - The amount of the one-time help does not join in the size of pension and the public social benefits.

Art. 4. - Payment of the one-time help is performed by National cash desk of social insurance through the payment service provider who provides pension payment and the public social benefits.

Art. 5. - Expenses on accomplishment of this law are covered at the expense of transfers from the government budget in the budget of the national social insurance.

Art. 6. - (1) This law becomes effective from the date of publication in the Official monitor of the Republic of Moldova.
