1. Approve:

2) regulations of the state service "Licensing for Occupation Lawyer Activities" according to appendix 2 to this order;

2. Declare invalid the following orders:

1) the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of January 30, 2014 No. 38 "About approval of regulations of the state services in questions of lawyer activities" (No. registered in the Register of state registration regulatory legal acts 9115, is published in "The Kazakhstan truth" of June 7, 2014 No. 111 (27732));

Regulations of the state service "Carrying Out Certification of Persons Applying for Occupation Lawyer Activities"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Carrying Out Certification of Persons Applying for Occupation Lawyer Activities" (further - the state service) is rendered based on the standard of the state service "Carrying Out Certification of Persons Applying for Occupation Lawyer Activities" approved by the order of the Minister of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 24, 2015 No. 231 (registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 11096) (further - the Standard), territorial authorities of justice (further - the service provider). 7) the head of the service provider within 4 (four) hours signs the notification about carrying out certification on occupation lawyer activities;
