According to article 45 of the Code of the Kyrgyz Republic about the non-tax income and Articles 10, of the 17th constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:

1. Establish the following rates of charge:

1) for state registration and registration of the termination of activities of legal entities, branches (representations) - in the amount of one settlement indicator;

2) for the state re-registration of legal entities, branches (representations) - in the amount of 50 percent of rate of settlement indicator.

2. This resolution is subject to official publication and becomes effective since January 1, 2019.
