About questions of the prevention and fight against human trafficking in the Kyrgyz Republic
According to the Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the prevention and fight against human trafficking", articles 10 and 17 of the constitutional Law of the Kyrgyz Republic "About the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic" the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic decides:
1. Determine authorized body by coordination of activities for the prevention and fight against human trafficking the Ministry of Labour, social security and migration of the Kyrgyz Republic.
2. Approve Rules of the organization of shelters, procedure for their activities, management, financing and organization of control of their activities according to appendix to this resolution.
3. Ceased to be valid according to the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Kyrgyz Republic of 23.08.2023 No. 428
4. To the ministries, the state committees and administrative departments to enable the realization of this resolution within the approved number of staff and means provided by the republican budget for the corresponding year, and also at the expense of other sources which are not contradicting the legislation of the Kyrgyz Republic.
5. To impose control of execution of this resolution on department of social development of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.
6. This resolution becomes effective after ten days from the date of official publication.
