About approval of regulations on functional obligations of the deputy prime minister of the Republic Uzbekistan chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan and the Secretariat concerning support of women and family, work of bodies of ZAGS

In pursuance of the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. UP-5644 "About First-priority Measures for Increase in Responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Efficiency of Realization of Strategic Tasks of Social and Economic Development of the Country" and resolutions of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. PP-4136 "About implementation of qualitatively new system of the organization of work of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan" the Cabinet of Ministers decides:

1. Approve:

Regulations on functional obligations of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 1;

Regulations on the Secretariat concerning support of women and family, work of bodies of ZAGS according to appendix No. 2.

2. To the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan T. K. Narbayeva in week time to approve distribution of functional obligations of the manager of the Secretariat concerning support of women and family, work of bodies of ZAGS, the assistant and chief specialists.

3. Declare invalid the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of July 26, 2018 No. 582 "About approval of regulations on functional obligations of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan and the Secretariat of the deputy prime minister - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan".

4. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan T. K. Narbayeva.

Regulations on functional obligations of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. This Provision according to the Presidential decree of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. UP-5644 "About First-priority Measures for Increase in Responsibility of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan for Efficiency of Realization of Strategic Tasks of Social and Economic Development of the Country" and the resolution of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan of January 28, 2019 No. PP-4136 "About implementation of qualitatively new system of the organization of work of the Government of the Republic of Uzbekistan" determines functional obligations of the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan - the chairman of Committee of women of Uzbekistan (further - the deputy prime minister).

2. The deputy prime minister is appointed the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan after approval of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan by Legislative house.

The deputy prime minister is accountable to the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan and the Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

3. The deputy prime minister in the activities is guided by the Constitution and the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, decrees, resolutions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, resolutions and orders of the Cabinet of Ministers of the Republic of Uzbekistan (further - the Cabinet of Ministers), and also this Provision.

4. Activities of the deputy prime minister are aimed at providing effective realization of state policy in questions of support of women, protection of their rights and legitimate interests, and also increases in their role and activity in social and political life of the country, timely identification of problems of the women who are needing the help and who are in difficult social position, assistance in rendering to them the help, employment of women and to providing their social and labor rights, early prevention of offenses among women by means of carrying out individual work with inclined to making of crimes, promotion, educations and strengthenings of family, the prevention of stains, timely registration of the birth and scrap.

5. The deputy prime minister according to the status is the member of the government of the Republic of Uzbekistan and is part of Presidium of the Cabinet of Ministers.

The deputy prime minister is directly involved in cabinet meetings and its Presidium.

Chapter 2. Main activities, tasks and functional obligations of the deputy prime minister

6. The main activities of the deputy prime minister are:

ensuring monitoring of the organization of unconditional execution by the relevant ministries, state committees and other state bodies of the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan, acts of chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan, parliamentary and deputy requests, decisions and orders of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan, and also permanent studying of the real situation on places, the comprehensive analysis of problems in economy and the social sphere and on this basis development of complex offers on realization of strategic and priority tasks;

ensuring timely and effective practical realization of tasks of Strategy of actions in five priority directions of development of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2017 - 2021, the Concept of administrative reform in the Republic of Uzbekistan, the Concept of social and economic development of the Republic of Uzbekistan till 2030 and the approved industry and territorial development programs on medium-term and long prospects;

ensuring preparation of reports on the course of implementation of the state program for the corresponding year following from the President's letter of the Republic of Uzbekistan to Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan for further submission to chambers of Oliy Majlis of the Republic of Uzbekistan;
