Questions of customs clearance of the vehicles imported on customs area of Ukraine

The Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine decides:

1. In partial change of the subitem 1 of Item 1 of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of June 9, 2011 No. 738 "Some questions of certification of vehicles, their parts and the equipment" (The Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2011, No. 55, Art. 2180; 2017, No. 27, the Art. 778) and Item 6 of the Temporary procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing customs clearance of vehicles for their free circulation on customs area of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 12, 2018 No. 1077 (Official Bulletin of Ukraine, 2019, No. 2, of the Art. 36), regarding availability of the document which specifies what level of environmental standards is answered on design by the vehicle, to determine that for action of the specified Temporary procedure the customs clearance of the vehicle which falls under its action is performed in the presence of the certificate of conformity issued according to approval procedure of design of vehicles, their parts and the equipment

or the registration document on the vehicle issued by registration body of country of incorporation of such means in which the level of environmental standards which there meets the vehicle is determined.

2. This resolution becomes effective from the date of its publication and voids along with the Temporary procedure for accomplishment of customs formalities when implementing customs clearance of vehicles for their free circulation on customs area of Ukraine approved by the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of December 12, 2018 No. 1077.
