Establish rates of import customs duties of the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 No. 54) concerning the separate types of fish classified by codes 0301 91 900 0 and 0301 99 110 0 CN FEA EEU in the amount of 0 percent from customs value from the effective date this Decision till February 28, 2022 inclusive.

2. Bring in the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union (appendix to the Decision of Council of the Eurasian economic commission of July 16, 2012 № 54) the following changes:

a) with codes 0301 91 900 0 and 0301 99 110 0 CN FEA EEU in the column of the fourth to add line items with the reference to the note "49C)";

b) to add notes to the Common customs tariff of the Eurasian Economic Union with the note 49C of the following content:

a) with codes 0301 91 900 0 and 0301 99 110 0 CN FEA EEU to exclude line items;

b) footnote 1 to recognize invalid.
