About classification of fruit and berry fillers according to the single Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. The fruit and berry fillers made of fruit and (or) berry puree, with addition or without addition of sugar and (or) edulcorant substances, nutritional supplements (jellifying substances, organic acids, dyes, preservatives, fragrances) on condition of preserving by product of the main property of fruit and (or) berries, the subjected pasteurizations and applied in the food industry according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item 2008 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

2. The fruit and berry fillers made of fruit and (or) berry puree and fruit and (or) berry juice, with addition of sugar and (or) edulcorant substances, nutritional supplements (jellifying substances, organic acids, dyes, preservatives, fragrances), the subjected pasteurizations and applied in the food industry according to the Basic rule of interpretation of the Commodity nomenclature of foreign economic activity 1 are classified in goods item 2106 single Commodity nomenclatures of foreign economic activity of the Eurasian Economic Union.

3. This Decision shall enter into force upon the expiry of 30 calendar days from the date of its official publication.
