About measures for further support of key branches of economy in the conditions of increase in rates for natural gas and the electric power
For the purpose of financial support of key branches of economy and ensuring implementation of timely settlement in the conditions of increase in rates for natural gas and the electric power:
1. Agree with the offer of the Ministry of Finance and Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Uzbekistan on allocation from the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan in 2018-2019 on the basis of reasonable calculations of subsidies:
To JSC Uzbekenergo and its companies - for covering of part of expenses on natural gas according to appendix No. 1;
to the companies of heat supply - for covering of the losses resulting from application of the lowered rates for the population according to appendix No. 2.
2. Make changes to some acts of the President of the Republic of Uzbekistan according to appendix No. 3.
Determine that the changes made by this Item become effective since November 16, 2018.
3. To impose control of execution of this resolution on the deputy prime minister - the Minister of Finance of the Republic of Uzbekistan D. A. Kuchkarov and the deputy prime minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan A. S. Sultanov.

At the same time forming of rates for production of electrical energy of the companies of JSC Uzbekenergo is performed less the amount of subsidies, with pro rata distribution to amount of the made electrical energy during the period from November 16 to December 31, 2018.
** The allocated subsidies will be directed to repayment of the budget advance issued at the expense of means of the Government budget of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
*** The allocated subsidies are not subject to distribution in Fund of development of Bureau of forced execution under the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Uzbekistan.
