1. Approve:

3) regulations of the state service "Issue of Data on Accounting of Committee on Legal Statistics and Special Accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan on Committing by Person of Administrative Offence" according to appendix 3 to this order;

4) regulations of the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Bodies of Prosecutor's Office, Investigation Authorities and Inquiry" according to appendix 4 to this order.

2. Recognize invalid the following orders of the Attorney-General of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) of August 13, 2015 No. 102 "About approval of regulations of the state service "Apostilization of the Official Documents Coming from Bodies of Prosecutor's Office, Investigation Authorities and Inquiry" (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 12080, it is published in information system of law "Ad_let on September 28, 2015");

3. In the procedure established by the legislation to provide to committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - Committee):

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it the copy in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) the direction of this order to territorial authorities of Committee for execution.

4. To impose control of execution of this order on the Chairman of Committee.

5. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.
