3. To provide to committee of migratory service of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation of the Republic of Kazakhstan:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Legal department of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2) and 3) of this Item.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising deputy minister of internal affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

6. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Acceptance and Coordination of Invitations of the Accepting Persons on Issue of Visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The regulations of the state service "Acceptance and Coordination of Invitations of the Accepting Persons on Issue of Visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan" (further - the state service) are developed according to the standard of the state service "Acceptance and Coordination of Invitations of the Accepting Persons on Issue of Visas of the Republic of Kazakhstan" approved by the order of the Minister of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan of December 29, 2018 No. 961 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts for No. 18156) (further - the standard).

6. Contents of each procedure (action), being part of process of rendering the state service, duration of its accomplishment:

1) documents acceptance, check of completeness and reliability of the submitted documents from uslugopoluchatel on compliance to the list specified in Item 9 of the standard within twenty minutes;

2) registration of a statement on receipt of the state service in office of the service provider within ten minutes in day of receipt from the State corporation;

3) the choice of the contractor management of the service provider within ten minutes in day of receipt from the State corporation;

4) entering by the contractor of the service provider of information on uslugopoluchatel and the invited person into subsystem "Golden eagle Ministry of Internal Affairs" of the Unified information system "Golden eagle" for review with bodies of homeland security of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - KNB RK) within one hour in day of receipt from the State corporation;

5) check by the contractor of uslugopoluchatel and the invited person on accounting of Committee on legal statistics and special accounting of the Prosecutor General's Office of the Republic of Kazakhstan by means of remote access through the information database of the Ministry of Internal Affairs of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - IBD) on availability of the bases for refusal in rendering the state service, stipulated in Item the 10th standard within one hour in day of receipt from the State corporation;
