About order of registration (accounting) of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal

According to part one of article 9 of the Law of Ukraine "About scrap metal" and in pursuance of the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of 15.02.2002 No. 155 "About approval of the Order of registration of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal"

I ORDER:

1. Approve:

The instruction about procedure for filling of information card of registration of the external economic agreement (contract) which is applied;

The instruction about procedure for filling of card of registration accounting of the external economic agreement (contract) which is applied.

2. Assign functions concerning registration (accounting) of the external economic contracts (contracts) for implementation of export transactions with scrap metal for department of non-tariff regulation of the Ministry of Economic Development and Trade of Ukraine.

3. Declare invalid the order of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine of 29.06.2000 No. 136 "About order of registration and accounting of the external economic agreements (contracts)", registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine 17.07.2000 for No. 420/4641.

4. To department of non-tariff regulation of department of the external economic policy of the Ministry of Economics of Ukraine:

together with legal department to provide registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine in the time established by the legislation;

together with administrative department after state registration of this order to bring it to permission of the State Customs Service of Ukraine.

5. To impose control of execution of this order on the deputy minister of economy of Ukraine Berezny A. V.

The instruction about procedure for filling of information card of registration of the external economic agreement (contract)

This Instruction determines single procedure for registration of information card of registration of the external economic agreement (contract) (further - information card) and is expected subjects of business activity of Ukraine.

1. Information card is drawn up in the established form according to appendix to this Instruction.

2. Information card shall be produced by printing method according to the document form. Reducing words shall meet the established requirements.

4. Codes of the details which are subject to processing by computer aids are placed to the right of the name.

5. In details are specified:

detail 1 - full name of the exporter, the location (for legal entities), the residence (for physical persons - subjects of business activity), phone, the telefax, identification code according to the Unified state register of the companies and organizations of Ukraine (EGRPOU) (for legal entities), identification number in the State Register of Physical Persons (SRPP) (for physical persons - subjects of business activity), account numbers and full name of exporter bank, the location, IFI;

detail 2 - the name of the nonresident who is the partner according to the contract, the location, phone, the telefax, account number and full name of importer bank, the location, IFI/code;

detail 3 - ten-digit code of export goods according to UKTVED;

detail 4 - unit of measure of export goods and its code;

detail 5 - total quantity of the export goods specified in the contract;

detail 6 - the cost of export goods in contract currency;

detail 7 - the cost of export goods in US dollars;

detail 8 - country name where the goods, and digital code according to the order of Goskomstat of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 will be delivered No. 527;

detail 9 - complete or short country name in the territory of which there is nonresident partner, and country code according to the order of Goskomstat of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 No. 527;

detail 10 - country name - the producer of goods and its code according to the order of Goskomstat of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 No. 527;

detail 11 - contract currency and its code according to the order of Goskomstat of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 No. 528;

detail 12 - settlement currency and its code according to the order of Goskomstat of Ukraine of December 22, 2010 No. 528;

detail 13 - basis of export deliveries according to "the INCOTERMS. Official rules of interpretation of trade terms of International Chamber of Commerce";

detail 14 - nature of the agreement (code and its disaggregation) according to the order of State Customs Service of Ukraine of 09.07.97 N307;

detail 15 - surname, name and middle name of the authorized officer of the exporter, its passport data (series, number, date of issue by whom it is issued), date of the signature and seal (for physical persons of subjects of business activity in the presence);

detail 16 - the name of tax authorities of the exporter (its location, phone);

detail 17 - special conditions of rather customs clearance of export goods.
