1. General provisions

These rules of stimulation by the state for introduction of the significant contribution to rendering complex public legal aid (further - Rules) are developed according to Item 3 of article 19 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of July 5, 2018 "About lawyer activities and legal aid" and determine procedure for stimulation by the state of introduction of the significant contribution to rendering complex public legal aid.
