1. Approve the enclosed regulations of the state service "Registration and Removal from Accounting of Dangerous Technical Devices".

2. To provide to committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

4) within ten working days after state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan submission to Legal department of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of actions, according to subitems 1), 2) and 3) this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-minister of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Regulations of the state service "Registration and Removal from Accounting of Dangerous Technical Devices"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Registration and Removal from Accounting of Dangerous Technical Devices" (further - the state service) appears territorial departments of Committee of industrial development and industrial safety of the Ministry of the industry and infrastructure development of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service is performed through office of the service provider.

2. Form of rendering the state service: paper.

3. Result of rendering the state service - issue of the notification on registration, removal from accounting of the dangerous technical device.

Chapter 2. The description of mode of operation of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

The basis for the procedure (action) for rendering the state service is filing of application and document package according to Item 9 of the standard of the state service "Registration and Removal from Accounting of Dangerous Technical Devices" approved by the order of the Minister of investments and development of the Republic of Kazakhstan of November 27, 2018 No. 822 (it is registered in the Register of state registration of regulatory legal acts at No. 17845).

5. Contents of each procedure (action), being part of process of rendering the state service, duration of its accomplishment:

1) through office of the service provider:

acceptance of document package and registration of a statement by the clerk of the service provider with assignment of registration number, date of transfer to the head of the service provider - 2 (two) hours;

the head of the service provider determines responsible structural division (department) - 2 (two) hours;

the head of the structural unit (department) determines the executive in charge - 2 (two) hours;

3) appointment of the executive in charge;

4) acceptance to consideration or refusal in consideration;

5) execution of the decision on rendering the state service;

6) signing of result of rendering the state service;

7) issue of result of rendering the state service.

Chapter 3. Order of interaction of structural divisions (workers) of the service provider in the course of rendering the state service

2) management of the service provider;

3) head of the structural unit (department);

4) executive in charge.

8. The description of the sequence of procedures (actions) between structural divisions (workers) with indication of duration of each procedure (actions):

1) the clerk of the service provider performs acceptance of document packages and registration of a statement and transfers to their head the service provider - 2 (two) hours;

2) the head of the service provider determines responsible structural division (department) - 2 (two) hours;

3) the head of the structural unit (department) determines the executive in charge and submits the statement and document package - 2 (two) hours;

4) the executive in charge considers the application and document package of uslugopoluchatel and in predala of the competence draws up the decision on registration and removal from accounting of dangerous technical devices or on refusal in rendering the state service.
