About approval of standards of the state services in the field of land relations

According to the subitem 1) of article 10 of the Law of the Republic of Kazakhstan of April 15, 2013 "About the state services" I ORDER:

1. Approve:

the standard of the state service "Sale in Private Property of the Parcel of Land Which Is Earlier Provided in Land Use" according to appendix 2 to this order;

the standard of the state service "Sale of the Parcel of Land in Private Property by Installments" according to appendix 3 to this order;

the standard of the state service "Conclusion of Purchase and Sale Agreements of the Parcel of Land" according to appendix 4 to this order;

the standard of the state service "Conclusion of Lease Agreements of the Parcel of Land" according to appendix 5 to this order;

the standard of the state service "Statement on Queue on Receipt of the Parcel of Land" according to appendix 6 to this order.

2. To provide to management committee with land resources of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan in the procedure established by the legislation:

1) state registration of this order in the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

2) within ten calendar days from the date of state registration of this order the direction it in the Kazakh and Russian languages in the Republican state company on the right of economic maintaining "The republican center of legal information" for official publication and inclusion in Reference control bank of regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Kazakhstan;

3) within ten calendar days after state registration of this order the direction it the copy on official publication in periodic printing editions;

4) placement of this order on Internet resource of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan after its official publication;

5) within ten working days after state registration of this order submission to Department of legal service of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan of data on execution of the actions provided by subitems 1), 2), 3) and 4) of this Item.

3. To impose control of execution of this order on the supervising vice-Minister of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan.

4. This order becomes effective after ten calendar days after day of its first official publication.

Standard of the state service "Sale in Private Property of the Parcel of Land Which Is Earlier Provided in Land Use"

Chapter 1. General provisions

1. The state service "Sale in Private Property of the Parcel of Land Which Is Earlier Provided in Land Use" (further - the state service).

2. The standard of the state service (further - the Standard) is developed by the Ministry of Agriculture of the Republic of Kazakhstan (further - the Ministry).

3. The state service appears local executive bodies of areas, Nour-Sultan's cities, Almaty and Shymkent, areas, the cities of regional value, the cities of district value, the akim of the settlement, village, rural district (further - the service provider).

Reception of an application and issue of result of rendering the state service are performed through office of the service provider.

Chapter 2. Procedure for rendering the state service
