Description of National flag of the Azerbaijan Republic
Article 1. General description
1.1. National flag of the Azerbaijan Republic has the form of the rectangle consisting of three horizontal strips of identical width. The upper strip - blue color, midland - red color, the lower strip - green color. Ratio of width and length of rectangle - 1:2.
1.2. In the middle of red strip there is image of half moon and eight-pointed star. Half moon and star - white color. The ends of half moon are directed to the star located to the right of it.
Article 2. Color and schematic image
2.1. National flag of the Azerbaijan Republic, irrespective of the sizes, shall correspond to the color and schematic images attached to this Description.
2.2. In case of production and printing of the color image of National flag of the Azerbaijan Republic the industrial method provides compliance of its blue color to code of Pantone 306C color, red color - to code of Pantone Red 032C color, green color - to code of Pantone 362C color of the catalog of Pantone colors.
