About procedure for forming and form of the register of obligations of bank to investors

1. The register of obligations of bank to investors (further - the register of obligations) is created in electronic form in the form established by appendix to this Instruction.

2. The register of obligations joins information on the investor before whom the bank on the date of forming of the register of obligations has deposit liabilities, insured according to the Federal Law "About Deposit Insurance in Banks of the Russian Federation".

On the investor included in the register of obligations information on obligations of bank to the investor and necessary for determination of the amount of compensation on deposits of demands in reconvention of bank to the investor according to part 7 of article 11 of the Federal law "About Deposit Insurance in Banks of the Russian Federation" is reflected.

3. In the register of obligations of the obligation of bank to investors, and also demands in reconvention of bank to the investor are reflected in currency of the obligation (requirement).

4. The register of obligations is created by bank:

upon the demand of the Bank of Russia - within 5 working days from the date of receipt in bank of the specified requirement of the date specified in the requirement of the Bank of Russia;

in case of loss occurrence - no later than the term provided by part 1 of article 30 of the Federal law "About Deposit Insurance in Banks of the Russian Federation".

5. The register of obligations in case of loss occurrence is created for the end of operational day of loss occurrence.

6. The register of obligations is created in the form of the archival file having expansion of ".ZIP" with the name rNNNN.zip where NNNN - registration bank number consisting of 13 files:

BNK.TXT - data on the bank which constituted the register of obligations (the table of 1 appendix to this Instruction);
