I ORDER:

1. Approve Rules of connection of electroinstallations of consumers to special automatic equipment of switching off of loading (SAON) which are attached.

2. Consider such which is not applied on territor

Rules of connection of electroinstallations of consumers to special automatic equipment of switching off of loading

І. General provisions

1.1. These Rules determine procedure for connection of electroinstallations of consumers to special automatic equipment of switching off of loading (further - SAVN), procedure for operational use of SAVN for increase in reliability of work of the Integrated power system of Ukraine (further - OES of Ukraine), and also separate energorayon and nodes of loading.

1.2. These Rules determine order of interaction of the state company "The national energy company "Ukrenergo" (further - GP "NEK "Ukrenergo"), its structural divisions (electric utility systems) with the eletroperedayushchy organizations, and also consumers of electrical energy during development, servicing and application of SAVN.

1.3. Requirements of these Rules extend to all subjects of managing in power industry irrespective of form of their property.

1.4. In these Rules requirements of such normative legal acts are applied:

The instructions for use electrical energy approved by the resolution of the National commission of regulation of power industry of Ukraine of July 31, 1996 No. 28, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on August 2, 1996 for No. 417/1442 (with changes);

User Rules for Operating Electrical Equipment approved by the order of Mintoplivenergo of July 25, 2006 No. 258, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on October 25, 2006 for No. 1143/13017 (with changes);

Rules of use of system antiemergency automatic equipment of prevention and liquidation of dangerous decrease in frequency in the power supply systems approved by the order of Mintoplivenergo of December 1, 2003 No. 714, registered in the Ministry of Justice of Ukraine on December 18, 2003 for No. 1177/8498 (further - GND 34.20.567-2003);
