1. Approve Rules of the cabin of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic according to appendix.

2. To the state agency of environmental protection and forestry under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic to take the necessary measures following from this Resolution.

3. To impose control of implementation of the cabin of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic on the State inspectorate for ecological and technical safety under the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic.

4. Declare invalid the Order of the Government of the Kyrgyz Republic "About approval of Provisional rules of issue of permissions to the cabin especially valuable (nut and archovy) tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic" of October 23, 2014 No. 612.

5. To impose control of execution of this Resolution on department of agro-industrial complex and ecology of Government office of the Kyrgyz Republic.

Rules of the cabin of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic

1. General provisions

1. Rules of the cabin of especially valuable tree species in the Kyrgyz Republic (further - Rules) determine procedure for the cabin based on the conclusion of the state body of the executive authority providing realization of functions on carrying out single policy in the field of environmental protection (further - authorized state body).
