1. Approve the Procedure for maintaining the Information legal Internet portal of the Republic of Tajikistan it (is applied).
2. To the national center of the legislation in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan to take necessary measures for implementation of this resolution.
3. To the ministries, departments and local executive bodies of the government of the Republic of Tajikistan in case of development of the regulatory legal acts having potential impact on subjects of entrepreneurship to observe requirements of this resolution.

1. This Procedure determines the procedure of maintaining the Information legal Internet portal of the Republic of Tajikistan (further - the Internet portal).
2. The Internet portal is created for the purpose of providing the rights of citizens to their participation in process of law-making activities and acquisition of full, timely and non-paid access to the regulatory legal acts having potential impact on subjects of entrepreneurship (further - regulatory legal act), and also information provided by analysis system of regulatory impact.
3. The analysis of regulatory impact of projects of regulatory legal acts is carried out by subjects of law-making.
4. The basic concepts used in this Procedure:
- The Internet portal - the electronic bank of regulatory legal acts having potential impact on subjects of entrepreneurship which is conducted electronically in the state and Russian languages;
- the developer is the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, the member of Majlisi milli of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan and the deputy of Majlisi namoyandagon of Majlisi Oli of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, ministry, the state committees, bodies in case of the President of the Republic of Tajikistan, bodies under the Government of the Republic of Tajikistan, National Bank of Tajikistan, Audit Chamber of the Republic of Tajikistan, the Agency on chemical, biological, radiation and nuclear safety of National academy of Sciences Tajikistan and local executive bodies of the government;

5. The Internet portal consists of the following Sections:
- Register of plans for project development of regulatory legal acts;
- Register of projects of regulatory legal acts and analysis of regulatory impact;
- The register of the adopted regulatory legal acts of the Republic of Tajikistan.
6. The register of plans for project development of regulatory legal acts includes the list of projects of regulatory legal acts which development is planned by the subject of law-making.
7. The developer after decision making about project development of regulatory legal act places the notification which contains information provided in the following table in the Register of plans for project development of regulatory legal acts:
