2. Approve enclosed the scope of information about the granted certificates on state registration of products which can be received by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union, and procedure for receipt of such data.

I. The scope of information which can be received by customs authorities of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union

1. Data on the granted certificates on state registration of products confirming products compliance to requirements of technical regulations of the Eurasian Economic Union (technical regulations of the Customs union) or to Single sanitary and epidemiologic and hygienic requirements to products (goods) which are subject to sanitary and epidemiological surveillance (control), the approved Decision of the Commission of the Customs union of May 28, 2010 No. 299:

a) registration number of the certificate;

b) date of issue or date of execution of the certificate;

c) the status of the certificate (is effective, it is suspended, cancelled it (is withdrawn));

d) dates of change of the status of the certificate (in case of suspension, renewal after suspension, cancellation or renewal of the certificate);

i) the data containing in appendix to the certificate (in the presence);

j) for the certificates on state registration of products granted in the form approved by the Decision of Board of the Eurasian economic commission of June 30, 2017 No. 80, and the certificates on state registration of products entered in the unified register according to the Procedure approved by the specified Decision, also following data:

registration or accounting (individual, identification) number of the applicant or receiver appropriated in case of state registration of the legal entity or physical person as the individual entrepreneur according to the legislation of state members of the Eurasian Economic Union (further respectively – state members, the Union);

the name of authorized body of the state member which granted the certificate;

the name and designation of the document (documents) according to which products are made;

the name of the act incoming the right of the Union on which compliance to requirements the certificate is granted;

effective period of the certificate or the record "it is not limited" (if in the certificate date of cancellation of the certificate is not established).
